Maersk Offshore Wind is hiring Offshore crew for our Wind Turbine Installation Vessel currently under Construction at Seatrium Shipyard in Singapore. The new build is expected to be delivered in Q4 2025.
In this phase MOW is looking to recruit for various key positions to assist with New Build operational Familiarization and Commissioning of equipment and vessels systems.
The newbuilding crew team will also be tasked with development of operational procedures and manuals, task plans and risk assessments for the unit’s operational processes.
Along with the tasks at the building yard the crew team will be attending a range of courses relevant to the operation of the Wind Turbine Installation Vessel.
In the following crewing phases, more crew positions will follow, and we expect to have the full marine crew in the course of 2025.
Candidates with experience from Offshore Wind Turbine Installation projects, Construction vessels, new build commissioning, planned maintenance systems, spare parts and procedures will be preferred.

Key responsibilities
The function of Marine Technician involves at all times safe, efficient and cost-effective operations, performing maintenance, repair and inspection duties around the vessel, including engine related duties, as appointed by the Chief Engineer.
