for overseeing firms' Engineering Billing Lifecycle, ensuring accuracy,
transparency, and effective financial governance across all associated
processes. The team maintains a comprehensive inventory and business allocation
database, performs detailed reconciliations, and supports all aspects of
engineering -related vendor billing.<\/span><\/span> In addition to operational oversight, the team fosters strong
partnerships with external vendors through proactive communication, timely
resolution of inquiries, and periodic contract reviews.<\/span><\/span> With the objective of providing the business with clear financial
transparency, the team also produces reports that reflect both current and
forecasted expenses across the following two sub -groups:<\/span><\/span> Market Data<\/span><\/span><\/b> IT/Software
(including Telecommunications)<\/span><\/span><\/b> Core Duties and
Responsibilities (Market Data & Eng’g Vendor Mgmt Developer)<\/span><\/span><\/u><\/b> · Design, build, and maintain automation scripts and tools to
streamline <\/span><\/span><\/span>Market Data & Eng’g Vendor Mgmt processes<\/span><\/span> · Analyze existing process workflows to identify automation
opportunities and process improvements<\/span><\/span><\/span> · Develop, test, and maintain helpful tools using Python, VBA or
related languages, that meet Engineering standards<\/span><\/span><\/span> · Understand and work with APIs, including integrating data from
internal and external systems<\/span><\/span><\/span> · Provide assistance to production support and data checks<\/span><\/span><\/span> · Maintaining and debugging existing tools / codes as required<\/span><\/span><\/span> · Collaborate with team members to understand the team’s processes
and provide support as applicable<\/span><\/span><\/span> · Ensure all necessary project documentations are available and
compliant to company and policies<\/span><\/span><\/span> · Update job knowledge by upskilling on state -of -the -art
development tools, programming techniques and computing equipment;
participating in educational opportunities<\/span><\/span><\/span> · Any related process as required by the team and the
organization.<\/span><\/span><\/span> Qualifications<\/span><\/span><\/u><\/b> Education and Experience<\/span><\/span><\/u><\/b> 1. <\/span><\/span><\/span>Candidate must possess at least a
Bachelor's/College Degree in IT/CS/Financial Management, Economics, Accounting
or other related tech or business courses<\/span><\/span> 2. <\/span><\/span><\/span>At least 2 years’ experience working on
technology/development role. Experience working with multi -national companies
is an advantage.<\/span><\/span>
