Faturação Empresarial department is looking for a Market Operations Specialist

 

What you will do:

  • Ensure billing of network access for electricity retailers and guarantee the billing of services, as well as the processing of service quality compensations.
  • Monitor the billing process, ensuring compliance with SLAs and applicable regulations.
  • Define and optimize processes, including functional specification and acceptance testing of support systems.
  • Implement performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards for activity monitoring and reporting.
  • Manage BPO activities, ensuring adherence to procedures, quality standards, and operational efficiency.

Work site: Hybrid Model

 

What are we looking for:

  • Master's or bachelor's degree in Management,  Business ,Industrial Engineer or another field relevant to the role;
  • Up to 4 years of professional experience;
  • Process management and automation, including operational control.
  • Requirements definition for the implementation of information systems, including validation and acceptance (preferably in Agile environments).
  • Implementation of KPIs and dashboards for activity monitoring and reporting.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, with experience in reporting and data analysis tools (advanced Excel, Power BI, etc.).
  • Knowledge of SAP systems Familiarity with the Portuguese electricity sector.
