Il\/La Marketing Manager supporta la funzione Marketing della divisione Originals, contribuendo a garantire:<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

  • un posizionamento chiaro e coerente delle IP;<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • strategie go\-to\-market efficaci e replicabili;<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • coerenza visiva e narrativa delle campagne;<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • crescita di ticketing, brand awareness e partnership commerciali;<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span>

    È un ruolo chiave nella crescita del portfolio Originals, con responsabilità operative e strategiche, in collaborazione con la Direzione Originals.<\/span><\/span>

    1. Strategia e Governance Marketing<\/span><\/span><\/b>
    <\/span><\/p>

    • Supportare la definizione della strategia marketing globale per la divisione Originals.<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Garantire coerenza narrativa, visual e di brand voice cross\-IP.<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Contribuire alla definizione di framework e linee guida per:<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
      • media planning<\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/li>
      • content & campaign design<\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/li>
      • reporting e KPI<\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/li>
      • processi cross\-IP<\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/li> <\/ul> <\/ul>

        2. Go\-To\-Market delle IP<\/span><\/span><\/b>
        <\/span><\/p>

        • Supportare la definizione dei lanci globali e dei piani GTM delle IP.<\/span><\/span>
          <\/span><\/li>
        • Contribuire alla validazione delle strategie di positioning, audience design e segmentazione.<\/span><\/span>
          <\/span><\/li>
        • Coordinare e monitorare PR, media, influencer, digital ADV e partnership.<\/span><\/span>
          <\/span><\/li>
        • Garantire coerenza narrativa e continuità nella brand equity delle IP.<\/span><\/span>

          • Collaborare alla definizione dei KPI globali e per IP:<\/span><\/span>

            • CPL \/ CPA<\/span><\/span>

            • media ROI<\/span><\/span>

            • Gestire dashboard di performance comparabili cross\-IP.<\/span><\/span>

            • Monitorare e ottimizzare i budget marketing, garantendo efficienza e controllo costi.<\/span><\/span>

              • Supportare i Sales Director ITA\/FRA nelle attivazioni commerciali.<\/span><\/span>

              • Contribuire alla definizione delle linee guida per partnership media e co\-marketing.<\/span><\/span>

              • Valutare opportunità di brand\-integration in collaborazione con partner esterni.<\/span><\/span>
