The Marketing Project Manager is a critical role responsible for partnering crossfunctionally with the marketing organization to design, manage, and execute marketing projects, campaigns, and operational processes. This role will lead marketing project intake, planning, and prioritization, serving as a central point of coordination across teams and stakeholders. You will own and optimize marketing workflows, tools, and governance processes—most notably serving as the system owner for Adobe Workfront. While starting as an individual contributor, this role will establish the foundation for the Marketing Project Management function at Ametros, with a clear path toward people leadership following onboarding and team growth. The position reports to the Marketing Director. 

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and continuously improve the marketing intake process, project workflow, and prioritization across all marketing initiatives.  

  •  Own endtoend management of marketing projects and campaigns, ensuring timely execution, high quality, and alignment with strategic objectives 

  •  Serve as the system owner and subjectmatter expert for Adobe Workfront, including workflow design, intake configuration, reporting, and ongoing optimization.  

  • Manage Legal & Compliance governance processes, ensuring adherence to approval requirements and auditready documentation.  

  • Partner crossfunctionally with marketing, legal, compliance, sales, and other stakeholders to plan, execute, and deliver marketing initiatives.  

  •  Provide clear, proactive communication on project status, risks, timelines, and dependencies to internal stakeholders and leadership.  

  •  Establish and maintain best practices for project management, documentation, and operational efficiency within the marketing function.  

  • Support the future development of the Marketing Project Management function, including mentoring, process scaling, and eventual people leadership. 

Skills/Experience and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing project management, marketing operations, or a related role supporting complex, cross functional initiatives.  

  • Project Management Certification Preferred

  • Hands on experience with Adobe Workfront or a comparable enterprise project management platform; Workfront administration or system ownership experience strongly preferred.  

  • Proven experience managing multichannel marketing projects, including social, email, video, digital, print, and display advertising.  

  •  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.  

  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence collaborating across teams and presenting clear, actionable updates.  

  •  Selfdirected and proactive, with a continuousimprovement mindset and strong problemsolving capabilities.  

  •  Prior experience mentoring team members, leading workstreams, or managing projects is preferred, with interest in growing into a people management role. 

This is a Hybrid role with a 3 day a week in office requirement

The estimated salary range for this position is $95,000USD to $115,000USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
