Marketing Project Manager

Company Description

Hours: 7-10 hours per week (flexible based on project needs)
Contract: 3 months to start with possibility to extend 
Rate: $45-50/hr

We're seeking a Marketing Project Manager to help build marketing operations for an iconic Atlanta restaurant. You'll work closely with our fractional CMO to establish foundational processes, tools, and team workflows in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

We're looking for someone who can start immediately and grow with us as we scale our marketing operations. Initial focus will be on establishing foundation, with potential for increased hours as processes mature.

Job Description

• Process Development: Establish core project management processes and workflows for a growing and very lean marketing team/function
• Team Leadership: Design and facilitate weekly standup meetings to drive accountability and progress
• CRM Integration/PM Tooling: Learn and utilize GoHighLevel CRM project management features; assist with task integration
• Budget Management: Track invoices and manage budget spreadsheet to ensure projects stay on target
• Contractor Coordination: Support onboarding of specialized marketing contractors and integrate their work into overall project flow

Qualifications

• Proven experience in marketing project management, preferably with small businesses
• Comfortable with ambiguity and building systems from scratch
• Experience with CRM platforms & Project Management Tools (GoHighLevel and/or Asana experience a plus)
• Strong facilitation skills for team meetings
• Detail-oriented with budget tracking and vendor management
• Adaptable to evolving scope as marketing capabilities expand
