Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Engineer

Outsourcing Advantage is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced MEP Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, analysis, and implementation of the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within building projects. You will work collaboratively with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure that all aspects of MEP systems meet project requirements, adhere to codes and standards, and promote efficiency and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design MEP systems in accordance with project specifications and regulations.
• Conduct load calculations, energy modeling, and system analysis for various projects.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure optimal integration of MEP systems into architectural designs.
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation for MEP systems.
• Conduct site visits to assess needs and provide technical support during installation and commissioning.
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to MEP engineering.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, at least at a level of C1 Advanced.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in MEP engineering or a similar role, preferably within the building construction industry.
• Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations related to MEP systems.
• Proficiency in MEP design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, and other engineering tools).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
