Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-3:30 PM; Saturday, 6:00 AM-12:00 PM
Experience: 4+ years of maintenance/millwright supervision required

We're hiring a Millwright Supervisor to lead a skilled maintenance crew for a well-established company located in Washington County, NY. This is a newly created full-time position offering growth, stability, and the opportunity to work in the heart of upstate New York's industrial landscape.

Responsibilities of the Millwright Supervisor:
- Supervise daily activities of maintenance and millwright crews
- Assign tasks based on skillsets and ensure efficient resource usage
- Oversee project materials, delivery, and installation logistics
- Perform quality checks and ensure work aligns with specs and safety standards
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and minimize downtime
- Interpret blueprints and schematics to assist with installations
- Develop and manage crew schedules and resource planning
- Enforce workplace safety procedures and lead by example
- Evaluate team performance, provide coaching, and support training
Qualifications of the Millwright Supervisor:
- 4+ years of experience in a supervisory maintenance/millwright role
- 6+ years of hands-on experience as a millwright
- Expertise in rigging heavy machinery and equipment
- Strong mechanical knowledge: hydraulics, pneumatics, automation
- Skilled communicator and team motivator with a results-driven mindset
