ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• At least three (2) years of experience in mortgage lending
• At least two (2) years of experience as a production loan partner preferred
• Knowledge of mortgage loan products and types of loans.
• Must have exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Outstanding work ethic and time management skills.
• Perform exceptionally well under pressure.
• Possess strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to manage workflow

PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• A bachelor's or associate degree or certification in finance, mathematics, accounting, or
• another equivalent field of study.
• Previous experience with Encompass, a plus
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
• At least one year in the business. We are willing to train the right person with the drive to learn!
