Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an OEM Manager, located in Ahmedabad. The OEM Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) in India, supervising the sales team, and coordinating with the marketing team to develop effective business strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 8-10 years of experience in sales or business development in the engineering industry, with a focus on OEM sales
- Experience in managing and supervising teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement business strategies and plans that align with the organization's objectives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
- Knowledge of the lubricant industry and OEM customer requirements
- Willingness to travel extensively for business purposes
