We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be pivotal in driving the success of our initiatives by developing comprehensive project plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, and managing resources to achieve project goals on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, particularly in strategic initiatives, and experience in the healthcare sector or with Third Party Administrators (TPAs) is highly desirable. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex projects and stakeholder relationships effectively.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple strategic projects from initiation through completion, ensuring all objectives are met within scope, time, and budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings, providing clear and concise updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant parties.
  • Utilize project management tools and methodologies to streamline processes and enhance project outcomes.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive project team environment, encouraging open communication and active participation.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes relevant to healthcare and TPA operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, with a focus on strategic initiatives.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector or with Third Party Administrators (TPAs) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Monday, Jira) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications. Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including bonuses, and merit increases. Additionally, certain roles have the opportunity to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role.
