Plan and manage operations projects from start to finish


Create clear timelines, task lists, and owners


Track progress and follow up with teams


Fix blockers and delays fast


Improve workflows and processes


Work closely with COO and department heads


Make sure SOPs are followed and updated


Report project status clearly and regularly


Help teams stay organized and accountable



Skills & Qualifications
Strong operations or project management experience


Very organized and detail-oriented


Can manage many tasks at the same time


Good communicator with leadership and teams


Knows how to improve processes


Experience using project tools (Asana, ClickUp, etc.)


Problem solver and calm under pressure
