Operations & Project Manager for a Clinical Research - MedTech Pioneer

About the Role:
Operations:
Lead project delivery by coordinating effectively with both external (Sponsors, CROs, Investigators) and internal (Data Management, Logistics, Quality Assurance) stakeholders
Plan and monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets while managing associated risks
Address and resolve customer complaints and scope changes in projects
Set up specific commercial actions, participate in conferences or customer meetings, support Business Development Manager
Foster and manage key partnerships, including overseeing global actions for major accounts in order to set up privileged partnerships (through MSA (Master Service Agreement), prices lists, Governance plan).
Provide regular updates and insights to internal teams and sponsors to ensure alignment and project success.
About You:
Must have full- working rights in Australia!
The ideal candidate will have experience in clinical trials, pharmacy, or healthcare settings.
A background in science is essential, with an understanding of subjects like biology, biomedical sciences, or related fields, to easily grasp the terminology and processes commonly used in the clinical trials industry.
At least 2-3 years of experience in customer-fronting, clinical trials, operations experience
Excellent communication skills
