Origination Manager

Greenvolt Power is our segment dedicated to the Development & Construction of utility-scale solar and wind projects. We value local expertise and empower our partners, counting already with business presence in 16 countries (Europe & North America).

Greenvolt is seeking a skilled Origination Manager to be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and securing land suitable for solar PV and battery energy storage projects. This includes collecting land information, conducting on-site inspections, and managing negotiations and contractual processes with landowners and relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect information on land suitable for installing solar power plants and grid-connected batteries.
• Land inspection.
• Negotiations, contracts, etc.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Japanese: Native level.
• Strong execution capability with attention to detail.
• Ability to organize and analyze multi-source information.
• Effective internal and external coordination skills.
• High level of accountability and reliability.
• Flexibility and problem-solving attitude in a dynamic environment.
• Time Management
• Advanced English
• Team player.
• Ability to negotiate outside team, internal team.
