Job Description
Position Summary
As a Project Manager, you will report to the Latin America PMO Manager and lead customer-facing Engineer-to-Order (ETO) projects within the Power Control Business (PCB) organization for Latin America. These projects may include products from the Medium Voltage Business (MVB) and Low Voltage Motor Control Center (LVMCC), as well as third-party products and services.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—Commercial Engineering, Application Engineering, Finance, Quality, Integrated Supply Chain (ISC), Global Sales & Marketing (GSM), and distribution partners—to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role is based in Jundiaí (São Paulo, Brazil) or Belo Horizonte (Minas Gerais, Brazil).
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage engineering projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
Develop and maintain project plans, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve conflicts and maintain project momentum.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Promote an inclusive and collaborative work environment, valuing diverse perspectives.
Adhere to all Rockwell Automation procedures and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Engineering or Project Management.
Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
Solid Project Management background (individual or team-based).
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of project management experience.
2+ years in automation or related fields.
PMP certification or equivalent.
Strong communication skills across all organizational levels and external partners.
Proven ability to manage priorities, delegate tasks, and drive accountability.
Experience building trust and fostering collaboration across diverse teams.
Ability to make independent decisions, address issues directly, and keep projects on track.
Familiarity with Rockwell Automation products and technologies.
