WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON

  • Management of the daily schedule, supervision, and coordination of all appointments, meetings, and personal events;
  • Plan and book travel, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation; prepare detailed travel itineraries and manage any changes or cancellations;
  • Assist with personal tasks and responsibilities, including family matters, appointments, shopping, and special projects. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times;
  • Management of all outgoing and incoming correspondence;
  • Execution of personal tasks assigned by the manager;
  • Help with organizing household chores;


WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE

  • Previous experience as a personal assistant of at least 3 years is a must; 
  • Good communication skills;
  • Stress resistance;
  • Readiness for an irregular work schedule;
  • Basic skills in working with a PC and Microsoft Office programs;
  • Willingness to learn new things and develop new skills.
  • Fluent in Latvian, Russian, English
