Due to its dynamic growth and ambitious plans for the Polish market, the Client is looking for an experienced professional for the position of Project Manager for its Warsaw office. <\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/div>Main responsibilities (but not restricted to):<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>- Overseeing the entire investment process related to commercial real estate, starting from the conceptual phase of the project until the handover of the property for use.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Responsible for obtaining necessary administrative decisions and approvals.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Budgeting projects and monitoring project finances.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Conducting analyzes of land purchases from a technical and planning perspective.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Managing project documentation.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Negotiating contracts for general contractors.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Developing reports on ongoing activities.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Ensuring qualitative, timely, and financial control of investments.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Supervising construction progress according to established schedules.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Providing comprehensive, legally compliant support throughout the investment process.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Coordinating with external industry supervisors and other involved external services during the investment process.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Collaborating with various stakeholders, including investors, clients, and government representatives.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Supporting the tenant in the Fit Out phase, making sure that the final handover is smooth.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>Requirements:<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>- Higher education in construction or related field.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Minimum of 5 years of experience in handling investments from the perspective of a developer, investor, or general contractor.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Proficiency in computer software such as MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Familiarity with building and public procurement law.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Excellent command of the English language, enabling the ability to conduct meetings with clients and hold discussions at construction sites.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Team player, strong leadership, management and organizational skills,<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Valid driver's license (Category B).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Construction license is an advantage, but not required.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
