We seek a highly organized Plumbing Project Manager (Public Sector) with experience in public sector plumbing projects. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage multiple public sector plumbing projects simultaneously.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, submittals, and procurement of materials.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and field staff.
- Lead pre-construction planning and collaborate on estimating and bidding efforts.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Resolve on-site issues and respond to unforeseen challenges with minimal disruption.
- Maintain accurate documentation including RFIs, change orders, and daily field reports.
- Ensure all installations meet or exceed local codes and project specifications.
- Collaborate with the accounting team on invoicing, billing, and change order management.
- Conduct project closeouts and post-project evaluations.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of plumbing experience in public sector projects
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Bluebeam
- Familiarity with Procore, Revit, or AutoCAD is a plus
- Team player eager to contribute to company growth
