Job Description

Role - Senior Project Manager
Location – NYC, NY 10007
This is a Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management of Budgeting Projects implementations and enhancements.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and manage execution. Facilitate regular project meetings, status reporting, and executive updates. Identify, track, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate with consultants, internal teams, and third-party vendors.
• Ensure change management and training plans are effectively executed.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and alignment across HR, Finance, and IT functions.

Qualifications

Must Have Skills:

• 5+ years of Project Management experience.
• Proven track record of delivering Budgeting or Finance implementations.
• Strong project planning, tracking, and documentation skills using tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, or similar.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to manage cross-functional teams and third-party vendors. Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Good to Have Skills:

• Experience in Workday integrations, security, or reporting. Exposure to data conversion and testing strategies.
• Knowledge of compliance and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA). PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business Administration, or related field (master’s preferred).

Additional Information

Salary: USD $140,000 - $160,000 Gross (Includes base + bonuses) + Nagarro Standard Benefits
