What you will do:
Lead and manage multiple complex projects involving customers as well as functions, organizations, products, or value chains during the project life cycle.

Responsibilities
•    Assists with developing and execution of project scope and responsible for schedule achievement, and project profitability.
•    Coordinating resources across all major business units of the company and external customers for highly complex projects.
•    Overseeing project progress and costs; communicating status with stakeholders and participating functional areas; addressing and resolving problems. Responsible for high financial impact projects and manages complex technical and commercial solutions.
•    Plans, schedules and manages the execution of projects. Mentors and develops other team members.

• Project Management: Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives.

Summary Pay Range:

$147,760.00 - $221,640.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
