What’s the role?

The Product Manager reports into the Service Owner Apply and Verify within the Origination & Servicing village in the Mortgages Lines of Business.

This role will support the Service Owner of the Apply and Verify team with a direct focus on process and policy optimisation across the Mortgages origination value chain. As a Product Manager, you will be asked to lead key initiatives with autonomy whilst role modelling our values and behaviours. You will be responsible for the end-to-end change process inclusive of identifying opportunities, completing credit proposals and impact assessments, system uplift and change execution.

What do I need?

  • Knowledge of mortgage and credit regulatory and compliance environment 
  • Experience in delivering initiatives such as policy, process, system or control enhancements - Demonstrated strong communication skills, both verbal and written 
  • Demonstrated ability to build and strengthen relationships with ability to influence key stakeholders
  • Exceptional time management skills with ability work autonomously
