Production and Testing Engineer

Job description:

• Age Criteria*: Minimum age- 20 years and Maximum age- 40 years
• Qualification: ITI/ Diploma/BE in Electronic, Electrical or Instrumentation.
• Experience*: Fresher or minimum 2 year of experience.
• Purpose: Improving product and implementing tests that help build a high-quality product.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Hindi, English and Regional Language.

Note*: Age and Experience may be relaxed for exceptionally good candidates.

a). Key Performance Areas:

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Production and assembling of electronics equipment
• Testing of electronics equipment and PCBs
• Troubleshooting and repairing of PCB cards
• Firmware Loading
• Sound knowledge of electronics and electrical instruments
• Analyzing results and identifying the root cause of malfunctions
• Ensure products and systems requirement are taken into account from initial product conception to the finished result
• Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training
• Analyzing all facets of production and making recommendations for improvement
• Must know the functionality and use of multi-meter, soldering and other measurement equipment.
