AKPS Project Coordinator

What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of construction or engineering experience.
- 1-2 years of contract administration experience.
- A knack for problem-solving.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
- Procore experience (preferred but not required).
Your Role: - Assist the Project Manager with updating project management systems, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
- Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and tender documentation.
- Support project delivery through site meetings and issue resolution.
- Aid in financial management tasks and change management processes.
- Participate in project meetings and collaborate with consulting teams.
- Assist with procurement services and contract executions.
What You Bring: - Tertiary studies in project management/construction/engineering or relevant experience (desirable but not essential).
- 1-2 years of professional experience.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Excel) and the broader Office 365 software suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
