What you will do:

 

The role in project development DPT, will manage several projects in authorization phase taking care of all permitting procedures, and managing 1 or 2 projects in construction phase (secondary permitting).

 

  • Manage all aspects of wind, BESS, and solar PV project development up to the final permitting and pre-construction phase.
  • Interface between regulatory institution, regional and municipalities offices, grid operator, at project definition and execution.
  • Planning and follow up of the activities to respect timeline of authorization and realization process.
  • Coordination of task between all the stakeholders involved in the process of permitting
  • Lead permitting phase of projects, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to the final authorizations.
  • Conduct technical and administrative due diligence for project acquisitions, managing and securing new development opportunities.
  • Negotiation and acquisition of land and managing the relationship with owners.
  • Liaise and cooperate with the engineering team for the correct implementation of layout project.
  • Contribute to developing and implementing the company's business
  • Development strategy.

What are we looking for:

 

Verifiable experience in developing, consultancy or advisory of PV, Wind and BESS projects in Italy; proven understanding of the Italian regulatory framework related to the energy sector, specifically the development and construction of PV and Wind Plants, including environmental and licensing requirements.

  • English proficiency written and oral.
