The project:

This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development, including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts, along with all associated infrastructure.

Leads project delivery to meet time, cost, and quality targets. Coordinates stakeholders to achieve objectives and KPIs, while managing teams and ensuring fee expectations, risk mitigation, and change control are met—driving excellence through proactive leadership and collaboration.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Develop and control stockpile and mass‑haul strategies, including geometry, stability, material classification, and logistics.

• Manage end‑to‑end project delivery, including schedules, budgets, risks, governance, and quality.

• Oversee earthworks execution\: excavation, haulage, placement, compaction, productivity, and fleet optimisation.

• Provide technical leadership for overland conveyor systems, including design interfaces, installation, commissioning, and integration with stockpile operations.

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, drive collaboration and KPIs, oversee contractor performance, and ensure HSW, QA/QC, and reporting compliance.

• Lead the project's HSW culture, ensuring compliance, well-being, inclusion, and empowered Stop Work authority.

You'll need to have:

• A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, mining engineering, geotechnical engineering, or a related discipline (master’s preferred).

• Experience in large-scale earthworks, mining operations, bulk material handling, or mega infrastructure projects.

• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proficiency with engineering software such as Civil 3D, GIS tools, mass‑haul analysis tools, and conveyor performance software.

• A drive for delivery and an ability to bring stakeholders together around a common vision.

• An ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across multiple departments.
