Role Overview

Our confidential client is seeking a Construction Project Manager with 20+ years of experience to lead large-scale projects from initiation to handover. You will be accountable for delivery against schedule, budget, quality, and safety standards, while managing contractors, stakeholders, and contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead full project life-cycle: feasibility support, planning, execution, commissioning, handover, close-out.

- Develop and manage baseline schedule, budget, and resource plan; track variances.

- Manage contractor performance, site governance, progress approvals, and deliverables.

- Oversee change management, claims, variations, and risk/issue registers.

- Ensure strict QA/QC implementation, inspection readiness, snagging, and handover documentation.

- Drive HSE compliance and safe-site culture in collaboration with HSE teams.

- Coordinate procurement interfaces, long-lead items, logistics, and site readiness.

- Provide weekly/monthly reporting: progress, KPIs, cash flow, and executive summaries.

- Ensure compliance with contract terms and stakeholder requirements.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Civil/Architectural/Construction Engineering (or related).

- Minimum 20 years of construction project management experience.

- Proven track record delivering major projects in KSA (buildings/infrastructure/industrial).

- Strong contract administration capability (FIDIC preferred) and claims/change control.

- PMP certification required (or equivalent).

Preferred / Nice-to-have

- Experience with giga projects or complex multi-package delivery.

- Primavera P6 proficiency and strong project controls mindset.

- Strong understanding of Saudi Building Code and local permitting interfaces.

- Bilingual (Arabic/English).
