Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and talented Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, executing, and delivering pharmaceutical manufacturing projects within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, quality assurance, production, and supply chain, to ensure project alignment.
• Monitor and report project progress, identifying and addressing potential risks or challenges proactively.
• Ensure all projects adhere to regulatory compliance and quality standards throughout their lifecycle.
• Analyze project data, provide actionable insights, and recommend solutions to optimize performance.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Support the preparation of project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and status reports.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of project management processes and tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of proven experience in project management, preferably in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, regulatory compliance, and quality standards.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills to manage project complexities effectively.
• Excellent leadership abilities, with experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to foster collaboration and resolve conflicts.
