<\/span><\/div>Project & Team Leadership<\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/div>- Lead the full implementation of the programme, ensuring timely, high -quality, and ethical delivery.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Act as the primary liaison with the donor, providing regular progress, financial, and compliance updates.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Represent Siren with government entities, civil society, international partners, and stakeholders to build strong, trusted relationships.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Manage a multidisciplinary team of 5+ staff, fostering a healthy, open, and productive work environment.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Supervise and quality -assure the work of external consultants and technical specialists.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Proactively identify and address operational, staffing, financial, and security risks in coordination with HQ teams.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>Technical Oversight<\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/div>- Oversee the development and delivery of core programme outputs, including guidelines, capacity -building materials, training curricula, research, and policy recommendations.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Lead the design and rollout of the project’s communications strategy, including multi -channel campaigns and coordination with institutional and local partners’s media units.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Support the development and deployment of an AI -powered chatbot by coordinating research, data collection, communications efforts, and civil society partnerships.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Ensure effective monitoring, evaluation, and learning across all project components, including large -scale perception surveys.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>Financial, Administrative & Compliance Management<\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/div>- Manage the project budget, forecasting, expenditure tracking, and strict compliance with donor and organisational regulations.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Approve procurement and financial transactions in line with internal and donor policies.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Oversee sub -granting to local partners, ensuring transparent and compliant processes.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>Stakeholder Engagement & Risk Management<\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/div>- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional and local partners<\/span>, ministries, civil society organisations, and community leaders.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Identify, communicate, and mitigate operational and reputational risks in line with Jordanian law and donor standards.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>Additional Responsibilities (Role Growth Path)<\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/div>- Support the expansion of Siren’s team in Jordan, including recruitment and onboarding.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Ensure organisational compliance with Jordanian registration, labour laws, and regulatory requirements.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Oversee procurement, asset management, and administrative procedures.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Serve as the primary administrative and financial link with Siren HQ.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Contribute to the development of Siren’s programmatic strategy in Jordan and identify new partnerships and funding opportunities.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Support regional networking efforts in Jordan, Lebanon, and beyond to grow Siren’s portfolio.<\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>Essential Qualifications<\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/div>- Fluency in English (spoken and written).<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- 7+ years in senior project management leading large -scale, internationally funded programmes in fields such as strategic communications, public health, harm reduction, security sector reform, or community resilience.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex budgets.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including work with government and civil society.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Ability to operate in politically sensitive environments with neutrality and professionalism.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Willingness to be based in Amman with frequent in -country travel and occasional travel to Beirut.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>Desirable Qualifications<\/b>
<\/span><\/div>- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Fluency in Arabic.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Familiarity with agile project management or technology -enabled interventions.<\/span>
