About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large, complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive operational excellence and growth at Clutch. This role partners closely with operations, engineering, and business teams to identify opportunities, structure work, and deliver results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
What you’ll do:
Lead end-to-end management of complex projects, from planning through execution and delivery
Collaborate with operations, engineering, and business teams to understand workflows, pain points, and improvement opportunities
Translate operational challenges into structured, actionable project plans with clear milestones, timelines, and deliverables
Develop and maintain project documentation, including project scopes, schedules, risk registers, and communication plans
Drive decision-making by synthesizing complex information and presenting insights to stakeholders and leadership
Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success
Foster alignment across teams, ensuring all contributors are informed and accountable
Monitor project progress and report status regularly, escalating issues as needed
Support continuous improvement by applying operational knowledge to refine processes and enhance execution
What we’re looking for:
5+ years of project management experience, preferably in manufacturing, complex operations, logistics, advanced services, or similarly challenging environments
Proven ability to manage large, complex, multi-stakeholder projects with significant operational components
Comfortable with rapidly changing priorities and high-velocity environments
Strong hands-on experience partnering with operations teams to understand and improve processes
Excellent communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to analyze operational data, identify trends, and translate insights into structured project plans
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project) and process improvement methodologies is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, business, or a related field preferred; PMP or similar certification is advantageous but not required

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary range: $110,000 - $130,000 annually
