Job Responsibilities

Position - Full Time

Role - Scrum Master

Job Description:

  • As ScrumMaster play a key role in the definition development implementation and ongoing improvement of Agile practices with an emphasis on Scrum within the organization.
  • Facilitate sprint planning retrospective and daily activities related to stand ups and sprint burn down as well as maintain relevant metrics that help the team see and understand their progress during a sprint.
  •  Own and resolve identified impediments.
  • A successful Scrum Master will be able to work with both waterfall and agile teams and be able to provide the deliverables requested for large enterprise level projects.
  • Responsible for leading the continual Agile transformation and practices as well as promoting accountability and transparency across all levels of the organization.
  • Scrum master will be the main go to person for the team to connect them to the proper teams within the organization and provide project plans for the project.
  • The role also encompasses supporting releases and supporting the development team by being the point of contact between them as well as the rest of the scrum team to other teams which help enable the product.
  • This role is for those who like to roll up their sleeves and bring the team together to deliver products successfully while supporting the scrum teams to follow the agile principles.
