Responsibilities include:
· Coordinate resources for the effective execution
of projects
· Ensure that projects are delivered successfully
to agreed scope, budget and timelines
· Assist in the definition of project scope and
objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical
feasibility
· Ensure resource availability and allocation
· Develop detailed and comprehensive project plans
to monitor and track progress
· Manage changes to the project scope, project
schedule and project costs
· Manage IT delivery program of works, organisational
change, project and process integration
· scope in conjunction with third parties and
Woodside business stakeholders.
· Measure project performance
· Report and escalate to Woodside management as
needed
· Manage the relationship with all stakeholders
and their expectations accordingly
· Risk & Issue Management: Perform risk
management to minimise project risks and resolve project issues
· Manage release plans, change requests and status
reporting for the project.
· Create and maintain project documentation
· Timely and accurate communication and
distribution of project information to all appropriate stakeholders
· Ensure successful implementation of services for
the designated products and projects - following and complying to DDS process
and other relevant Woodside standards and procedures
· Proactively identify and removes blockers,
limits work in progress and prevents distractions
· Facilitate frequent retrospectives, sharing
metrics to identify and implement project
· improvements.
· Conflict management - Identify differences in
understanding and issues as they arise and elevate them to the team for
resolution, or to management if needed
· Work with Product Owners to ensure that testing
and feedback is completed in a timely manner and meeting the Sprint timelines

General requirements:
· Proven working experience in project management
· Experience/knowledge of IT project delivery,
operations and support framework ie ITIL
· Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE
II certification (not necessary the right qualification)
· Relevant tertiary qualification/s
· Over 10 years of experience
· Experience in managing Agile/Waterfall projects
- release planning, budgets, forecasting and status reporting
· Experience in using Microsoft Office,
SharePoint, MS-Project, Jira and Confluence
Operating Assets requirements:
· Travel: travel to operating sites is
required twice a month or as required for project and stakeholder management
· Asset Escalation with Digital: Leverage
knowledge and relationships across the multiple disciplines within Digital
including applications, AV, telecommunications, cyber, OT and networks to
support escalations and requests from Asset VIP’s.
· Engaging with Asset stakeholders:
Regularly communicating with Asset leaders and stakeholders to understand their
needs and objectives, which may include travel to site to build and maintain
key relationships.
· Engaging with IT stakeholders: Facilitate
conversations between Asset stakeholders and IT service lines to support
delivery of outcomes for the Asset.
· Planning and Safety: Supporting teams in
communicating with site stakeholders on impacts of IT changes, via Engineering
MOC and IAP, to deliver work safely on site.
