This role combines clinical operations expertise, and project management to ensure our customers achieve measurable outcomes.

You will serve as the operational backbone for a portfolio of enterprise customers—ensuring scope clarity, timeline adherence, cross-functional alignment, and high-quality delivery of contracted services. You will act as the primary coordination point between customers and internal teams (Product, Human Data, Engineering, and Commercial), translating operational requirements into executable project plans.

You will report to our Chief Innovation Officer.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments, brings strong project discipline, and is comfortable leading delivery efforts with sophisticated, regulated enterprise customers.

Core Responsibilities:

Enterprise Program Management

  • Own the delivery lifecycle for multiple concurrent enterprise SaaS customer engagements, from contract handoff and kickoff through implementation and ongoing execution
  • Translate enterprise contracts into structured delivery plans, including milestones, dependencies, risks, and success criteria
  • Drive execution against defined scope and timelines, ensuring delivery aligns with contractual commitments while supporting long-term platform adoption
  • Maintain clear documentation of delivery plans, decisions, timelines, assumptions, and scope boundaries to support transparency and change management

Customer Coordination & Communication

  • Serve as the primary operational point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts
  • Lead customer-facing calls, including implementation check-ins, delivery status meetings in partnership with Sales and Customer Leadership
  • Coordinate inputs and approvals across clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders on the customer side
  • Establish and maintain a consistent communication cadence, including status updates, action tracking, and escalation management

Contracted Delivery & Operational Execution

  • Track and manage all customer-contracted deliverables, including timelines, reporting requirements, and service scope boundaries
  • Coordinate resourcing with the Human Data Manager and internal delivery teams to ensure appropriate staffing and coverage
Monitor delivery quality and completeness against contractual and clinical expectations
  • Participate in customer and vendor checkpoints (bi-weekly or monthly) to ensure alignment and proactively resolve issues

Cross-Functional Delivery Coordination

  • Act as the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, Human Data, and Commercial teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Translate customer requirements into clear internal action items and timelines
  • Surface delivery blockers, resourcing constraints, and dependencies to leadership early
  • Represent customer delivery needs in internal planning and prioritization discussions

Who you are:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, implementation or delivery roles (life sciences/healthcare SaaS strongly preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives in regulated or high-stakes environments
  • Strong client-facing communication skills with a proven ability to build trust and credibility with various stakeholders
  • High operational rigor with tracking deliverables, managing timelines, and ensuring contract compliance
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, health sciences, psychology, or related fields
  • Customer-first mindset – You take pride in making users feel supported and empowered to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Proactive problem solver – You see challenges before they impact customers, and you love finding a way to solve problems, no matter how complex
  • Excellent communicator – You’re clear, compassionate, and confident speaking to clinicians, researchers, and product teams alike
  • Organized and reliable – You follow through, respond quickly, and track moving parts with care
  • Collaborative – You ask questions, raise concerns, and enjoy being part of a team
  • Flexible – Comfortable wearing multiple hats

Bonus (Not Required):

  • Experience with AI-driven products
  • Background in psychology, behavioral health, public health, or life sciences
  • Familiarity with project management or customer delivery tools
