About the Role

As a Project Manager at BGIS, you will be responsible for overseeing designated projects from initiation through to completion. You’ll plan, develop, and execute project strategies — defining clear goals, timelines, and deliverables. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills to coordinate tasks, manage resources, and ensure every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

You will serve as the key liaison between clients, stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams — driving performance, mitigating risks, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning, define goals, and set clear timelines.
  • Coordinate tasks, resources, and documentation for the project team.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and risks to ensure successful delivery.
  • Communicate progress, issues, and solutions to stakeholders and management.
  • Maintain compliance with WHSEQ and company standards.
  • Build and manage relationships with clients, employees, and subcontractors.
  • Drive process improvements and identify growth opportunities.
  • Oversee project documentation, reporting, and close-out reviews.
  • Support tender submissions and contract development.

About You

  • Proven experience in project management
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Project Management or related field.
  • Cert IV in OHS (or equivalent site-based project experience).
  • White Card (General Induction for Construction Industry).
