Project Manager

Our Project Management Office is expanding to support our growing portfolio of international projects, and we're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Spain. 

As Project Manager, you oversee and coordinate multiple projects across our delivery organization. You excel at aligning diverse stakeholders and want to contribute to establishing world-class project management practices.

WHAT YOU’LL DO 
 

• Supervise and coordinate multiple projects concurrently, ensuring alignment with company objectives and strategic goals 

• Facilitate project management processes to promote on-time delivery and high-quality results across the portfolio 

• Support development teams by identifying obstacles and implementing solutions to sustain efficient workflows 

• Track and manage project budgets to ensure adherence to financial guidelines and optimal resource utilization 

• Work closely with sales and finance departments on contractual issues and project commercial aspects 

• Maintain relationships with customer counterparts and external stakeholders throughout project lifecycles 

• Establish structure and processes in unstructured environments to drive project consistency and predictability 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING 

• 3+ years of professional work experience in project management or related delivery roles 

• Proven project management experience with track record of delivering projects on time and within budget 

• Strong project controlling capabilities and financial management skills 

• Experience working in an IT-Service Provider environment (highly valued) 

• Experience working in international environments with diverse stakeholders 

• Ability to thrive in unstructured environments and establish effective processes 

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills 

• Fluency in English and Spanish (required); French or German is a strong advantage

You'll spend most of your time managing projects, overseeing budgets, and ensuring milestone achievement. You'll be considered successful when projects are consistently delivered within budget, on schedule, and at the expected quality standards.
