About the Role
We are currently seeking applications for a Project Manager, to join the Finance Services team at CALHN, to help us successfully implement a new prostheses implant management system.
Reporting to the Director, Finance Services and Procurement, this role plays a critical part in delivering financial projects that support our strategic goals. You will be instrumental in driving initiatives that enhance financial performance and reporting, working closely with key stakeholders across the organisation to ensure alignment and success.
As a seasoned project professional, you will lead the planning, implementation and evaluation of complex, finance-focused projects. Your expertise in financial analysis, along with your ability to apply contemporary project and change management methodologies, will be key to achieving effective and sustainable outcomes. About You
You are a strategic and experienced professional with a strong background in managing complex workforce or service development projects. Your ability to communicate effectively, build collaborative partnerships, and navigate competing priorities will be key to your success in this role.
Proven ability to lead complex projects, manage risks, and deliver successful outcomes.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence and build stakeholder support.
Experience in developing, evaluating, and implementing innovative workforce or service strategies.
Strong knowledge of public sector frameworks, change management and project evaluation processes.
