Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. The successful candidate will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of the project are on track and meet the company's objectives.
Job Classification: Full-time, salary-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
Location: South Florida, Boca Raton, 33487
Pay Range: $75,000 to $85,000
Workstyle: Onsite / In the Field
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary Project Manager for all South Florida events, including festivals, sporting events, long-term projects, and special operations.
- Act as the main point of contact between clients, internal teams, vendors, and on-site staff to ensure seamless execution.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee event logistics from pre-event planning through execution and post-event closeout.
- Manage site layouts, equipment deployment, asset tracking, and scheduling of deliveries, services, and removals.
- Coordinate staffing needs, including drivers, attendants, subcontractors, and on-site supervisors.
- Ensure all events comply with company standards, safety requirements, and client specifications.
- Monitor project budgets, job costs, and change orders to maintain profitability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in real time, including after-hours and emergency situations.
- Conduct site visits as needed before, during, and after events.
- Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and communication with leadership.
- Support process improvements, SOP adherence, and operational efficiencies for South Florida operations.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in project management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
