About the Role

We are seeking experienced Project Managers to join our team and lead the delivery of Life Science projects in and around Groton, CT. As a Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of planning, execution, and delivery—ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full lifecycle of projects: planning, design, permitting, construction, and turnover.

  • Guide design development through sustainability reviews and building certification requirements.

  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement strategies, and reporting.

  • Manage stakeholder communication, coordination with contractors, and vendor management.

  • Support client decision-making, site selection, and administrative needs.

  • Mentor junior staff and ensure consistent quality execution across project teams.

  • Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local requirements, as well as client standards.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction and project management.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Proficiency in project management and scheduling tools (e.g., Bluebeam Revu, Microsoft Project).

  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, and client management skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience managing multiple projects, ranging from $100K–$1M.

  • Full lifecycle management (Pre-Construction through Construction).

  • Experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences projects highly desirable.

Working Hours: Standard hours; Full-time.

Compensation Range: $120,000 – $150,000 annually, Eligible for Bonus.
