Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Construction Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, all while ensuring safety compliance and effective communication across all teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of construction projects including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.

  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and inspectors.

  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements.

  • Oversee project milestones and adjust schedules as needed.

  • Monitor progress and prepare reports for stakeholders and senior management.

  • Manage project budgets and approve invoices and purchase orders.

  • Conduct site inspections to ensure work meets specifications and quality standards.

  • Mitigate project risks and resolve issues that arise during construction.

  • Maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management.

  • Proven track record of managing commercial, residential, or industrial construction projects.

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, budgeting, and scheduling software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to interpret blueprints, contracts, and technical documents.

  • OSHA certification and/or PMP certification is a plus.

Preferred Experience:

 
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with local permitting processes and environmental regulations.

  • Experience with design-build, CMAR, or other delivery methods.
