Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Project Manager to oversee and manage the planning, execution, and completion of industrial projects within scope, schedule, and budget. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage contractors, and ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards. Projects may include facility upgrades, process improvements, equipment installations, or capital improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage industrial projects from initiation to closure.

  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.

  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, operations, safety, and other stakeholders.

  • Oversee contractor and vendor performance to ensure adherence to project requirements.

  • Manage change orders, risks, and issue resolution.

  • Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

  • Monitor progress and prepare regular reports for leadership.

  • Maintain project documentation and records for audits or future reference.

  • Support commissioning, startup, and turnover activities.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Requirements 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Industrial Technology, or a related field (Master’s or PMP preferred).

  • 5+ years of project management experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.

  • Proven track record of managing capital and infrastructure projects.

  • Strong knowledge of industrial safety standards, lean manufacturing, and quality assurance practices.

  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
