Ventia is seeking an Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of major projects safely, on time, and within budget. This role is critical to ensuring compliance with contractual, technical, and regulatory requirements while managing risks and stakeholder expectations. You’ll work across multiple locations, including travel to project sites which will be a key part of the role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules.
  • Manage scope, risk, and change control processes.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams and engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Monitor progress against baseline schedules and budgets, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Oversee subcontractor onboarding, contract administration, and quality assurance.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong understanding of cost control, scheduling, and contract administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and project management software.
  • Leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
