Deine neue Rolle

• ​ Sei Ansprechpartner für interne und externe Stakeholder bei Versicherungsfällen und bearbeite Anfragen unserer Teams aus ganz Europa
• ​ Optimiere und automatisiere bestehende Prozessabläufe und finde Möglichkeiten zur Steigerung der Effizienz
• ​ Übernimm die Bearbeitung, Prüfung und Verwaltung von Daten, stelle deren Vollständigkeit sicher und koordiniere Fälle mit Versicherungen
• ​ Implementiere und pflege Reportings, um Transparenz und Kontrolle zu gewährleisten

Qualifications

Deine Fähigkeiten

• ​ Ein abgeschlossenes Studium (B.Sc./M.Sc.) in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einem verwandten Studienbereich und/oder Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Rolle
• ​ Leidenschaft dafür, operative Aufgaben eigenständig voranzutreiben und die Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben priorisiert zu bewältigen
• ​ Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung im Umgang mit Google Sheets/Excel
• Fließende Englischkenntnisse und Deutschkenntnisse
