The Project Coordinator will be
the single point of accountability<\/b> and the primary communication gateway
for all assigned projects, driving them from inception through to successful
completion<\/b>. This role is designed to introduce a light, value -focused agile
structure, shifting away from detailed Scrum ceremonies to emphasise clear
project flow, stakeholder alignment, and data control. The ideal candidate is a
proactive communicator and organizer who can create significant value and
impact by simplifying complexity and ensuring smooth execution without the
constraints of budget management.

1. Project Management &
Delivery (Value Creation)<\/b>
<\/p>- End -to -End Project Ownership:<\/b> Drive projects
from the initial concept/inception phase, through planning, execution, and
final delivery, owning the overall project flow and outcome.
<\/li>- Light Agile Management:<\/b> Facilitate a
streamlined workflow by managing project/sprint planning, tracking
progress, and resolving roadblocks without rigid adherence to extensive
Agile ceremonies.
<\/li>- Focus on Impact:<\/b> Continuously assess and
ensure that development efforts are aligned with creating maximum business
value and impact for the stakeholders.
<\/li>- Data & Control:<\/b> Maintain strict control
over project data, documentation, and progress metrics, ensuring accuracy
and accessibility for all relevant parties.

Stakeholder Management (Single Point of Contact)<\/b>
<\/p>- Communication Gateway:<\/b> Serve as the primary,
single point of contact for all project communication, acting as the
crucial interface between the Product Owner, Development Team, and
Stakeholders.<\/b>

a well -structured, cross -functional product and engineering team where
responsibilities are clearly defined, communication should flow easily.<\/span>
<\/p>- Requirements Pre -filtering:<\/b> Intercept,
organize, clarify, and prioritise all incoming requests and communication before<\/b> they reach the development team, ensuring the team receives clear, vetted,
and actionable tasks.
<\/li>- Progress Reporting:<\/b> Update the senior team
and stakeholders regularly on project status, risks, and projected
timelines using clear, concise, and data -backed insights.
<\/li>- Meeting Facilitation:<\/b> Conduct and streamline
essential meetings (e.g., daily stand -ups, planning sessions, and demos)
focused on clarity, decision -making, and progress, rather than strict
procedural adherence.
<\/li><\/ul>3. Workflow & Continuous
Improvement<\/b>
<\/p>- Process Optimization:<\/b> Identify and implement
improvements to the project workflow and communication methods to enhance
efficiency and reduce friction.
<\/li>- Dependency Management:<\/b> Proactively identify,
track, and manage internal and external dependencies that could impact
project timelines.
<\/li>- Risk & Issue Management:<\/b> Anticipate
potential risks and issues and coordinate a resolution strategy with the
relevant teams and stakeholders.

Requirements<\/h3>
Experience Range: 4 to 6 Years<\/b>
<\/p>- Proven experience (4 -6 years) in a Project
Coordinator, Project Manager, or Agile Lead role within a software
development environment.
<\/li> - Demonstrated ability to drive projects from
inception to completion<\/b> with a strong sense of ownership and
accountability.
<\/li>- Exceptional written and verbal communication
skills, with a proven track record of managing conflicting priorities and
expectations across diverse groups (Technical, Business, Leadership).
<\/li> - Solid understanding of project management
principles and flexible/light Agile methodologies (not rigid Scrum).
<\/li> - Experience with project management tools Azure for
tracking project status and maintaining data control.
