JD: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Portfolio/Project Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia for a long term. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing IT projects within the banking sector, demonstrating a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. This role requires excellent leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills to effectively manage a portfolio of IT projects that align with our business objectives. We need the right attitude and aptitude to engage with the customer and drive business. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the management and execution of a portfolio of IT projects within the banking domain. Develop and implement portfolio management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to define project priorities and ensure alignment with business goals. Monitor and report on project performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management. Identify and mitigate risks associated with the IT project portfolio. Lead and mentor project managers and other team members to ensure successful project delivery. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation to help customer achieve the next level of maturity in their project management and delivery processes.
