At Century Spouting, we specialize in high-quality exterior home improvements for residential clients across Central PA, generally within 50 miles of Elizabethtown. As a family-run business built on integrity, respect, and customer commitment, we believe in doing things correctly—with clear communication, quality craftsmanship, and strong teamwork. We're looking for a Project Manager who will serve as the key point of contact for customers, completing every project with excellence and care.
Who We're Looking For:
- Experienced: 5+ years of project management experience preferred, with 5-10+ years in construction or a related field.
- Detail-Oriented: Brings strong follow-through, keeps track of key details, and ensures nothing falls through the cracks.
- Team-Focused: Works well with others, takes initiative, and contributes to a collaborative job site and office culture.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with Excel, CRM platforms, and construction project management software.
- Active: Lifting up to 50 lbs. and performing physical tasks such as bending and kneeling as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee residential exterior remodeling projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate labor crews to staff each job adequately and on schedule.
- Order & track materials to align with project timelines and requirements.
- Break down each job by cost and scope, documenting all project details accurately.
- Maintain strong customer communication throughout the entire process, ensuring satisfaction and transparency.
- Conduct on-site home visits for inspections, updates, and color matching as needed.
- Assist at job sites and in the warehouse as needed, including running materials or helping with truck unloading.
- Work full-time: Monday-Friday, between 6:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Typically 45- 55 hours a week.
