Role Overview

The Project Manager will lead and coordinate multiple integration projects across diverse systems and platforms. This role requires strong communication skills to engage with business stakeholders, gather and document requirements, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will act as the primary liaison between business teams, technical teams, and vendors, ensuring alignment and successful execution of integration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

  • Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Manage multiple integration projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets.

Requirements Gathering

  • Conduct workshops and meetings with business stakeholders to capture functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for development teams.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of requirements, workflows, and integration points.

Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for business and technical teams.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders regularly.
  • Facilitate decision-making and resolve conflicts to keep projects on track.

Integration Oversight

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless integration between systems.
  • Validate integration designs and ensure compliance with architectural standards.
  • Oversee testing phases (unit, system, UAT) and manage defect resolution.

Risk & Issue Management

  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Proactively address issues and escalate when necessary to avoid project delays.

Delivery & Quality Assurance

  • Own end-to-end delivery of integration projects, ensuring quality and performance standards are met.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews and ensure proper handover to support teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in system integration projects.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with APIs, middleware, data mapping, and integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Azure Integration Services).
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Tools: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence).
