About the role:

We are seeking a highly disciplined and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead the execution of a complex wave migration initiative. This role demands a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to managing the full project lifecycle—from initiation through to successful delivery.

Responsibilities:

• A Project Manager with very disciplined and detailed nature to drive the execution of wave migration.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with expertise in overseeing the entire project lifecycle from initiation to completion.
• Needs strong issue management and resolution skills.
• Experience in defining project goals, creating detailed plans, allocating resources, managing budgets, and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Strong knowledge of Risk management, problem-solving, and adapting to changes, while maintaining effective collaboration among stakeholders and team members.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall to ensure quality control, mitigate issues, and deliver successful project outcomes that align with business objectives.
