What You’ll Do:
  
As the Project Manager, you’ll oversee delivery from pre-construction through completion, including:

• Developing and managing project schedules and programs
• Financial control: budgets, forecasts, and reporting
• Contract administration and stakeholder engagement
• Leading WHS and QA compliance
• Building, coaching and mentoring site teams
• Liaising with developers, councils, consultants and subcontractors

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a Trade background
• Proven experience managing Commercial or High-Rise Residential projects over $10M
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong understanding of WHS and quality assurance
• A proactive work ethic and drive to deliver results
