Who we are looking for
We're embarking on a major digital transformation with the re-launch of the CX Plus Project. This strategic project will deliver a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Billing System, introducing smarter processes and technology to improve how we connect with and support our customers every day.
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager - CX Plus to lead this strategic program over 18 months, helping us deliver innovation and value for money across the organisation. You'll bring our new systems and programs to life by driving change and managing our vendors, internal experts and delivery partners.
This position is located in Warrnambool on an 18-month full-time contract.
