Your Role:

We are seeking an AWESOME person, to plan, monitor and manage logistics & distribution projects.  This role will leverage the appropriate project management methodologies to organize resources, plan budgets and identify/mitigate risks.  This dynamic individual will assure aggressive timelines, respect of budgets and ensure all requirements are achieved.  You should find satisfaction in completing projects on-time, according to specifications, while operating within an agreed upon budget.  Communication with senior leaders will be critical to the role.  You should enjoy tackling multiple projects of varying complexity and scope.  You will work directly within our Distribution Advancement Team, interfacing directly with Sales, Customer Excellence, Operations, Information Technology, Controlling, Manufacturing, Quality, Compliance and Regulatory teams.  Travel will be required (15% of the time), sometimes on short notice, occasionally International travel is required.

 

Who You Are:

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS/BA in any discipline
  • 3+ years of experience in project management

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or MS with related field experience.
  • Positive leader ready to embrace the challenges of organizing multiple projects.
  • Project Management Professional Certification (PMI PMP) or ability to acquire within 18 months of hire.
  • Expert in use of project management software and collaboration tools, such as MS Project, Basecamp, etc.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in communication, interpersonal skills and leading in matrix environments.
  • Ability to create professional level presentations and communications for Leadership reviews.
  • Experience managing large projects (>$5MM).
  • Exposure to distribution, warehousing and supply chain projects.
  • Experience with SAP, Warehouse Management Software or Warehouse Automation Systems.
