Overview / Summary:<\/b>

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team.
<\/div>
<\/div>
<\/div>
<\/div>
Responsibilities and Tasks:<\/b>
<\/div>
<\/div>
- Project analysis and the development of technical solutions;
<\/li> - Preparation of manufacturing and assembly methodologies;
<\/li> - Planning and controlling construction costs;
<\/span><\/li>- Managing and monitoring assembly on site;
<\/span><\/li>- Managing subcontractors;
<\/span><\/li>- Managing on -site work with the client;
<\/span><\/li>- Ensuring contractual fulfilment, project planning and quality;
<\/span><\/li>- Temporary works coordination (advantage point);
<\/span><\/li>- Producing and briefing documentation such as method statements, risk assessments, H&S and quality plans;
<\/span><\/li>- Conducting regular inspections (safety, quality, ITP) and follow up on corrective actions;
<\/span><\/li>- Leading by example, promoting best practices in safety, quality and environmental performance.
<\/span><\/span>

<\/div><\/span>Requirements<\/h3>
Mandatory Requirements:<\/b>
<\/div>- Degree or Master's in Civil Engineering;
<\/span><\/li>- At least 3 years' professional experience in a similar role;
<\/span><\/li>- Knowledge of MSProject, Excel and Autocad;
<\/span><\/li>- Proficiency in English;
<\/span><\/li>- Proficiency in Portuguese (advantage point);
<\/span><\/li>- Leadership and time management skills;
<\/span><\/li>- Capacity for initiative and sense of responsibility;
<\/span><\/li>- Organizational and planning skills;
<\/span><\/li>- Communication and interpersonal skills.
<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>
